Arrg...hh.h... I love the smell of crisp, white, unfingered pages of a text book.....NOT!!! Especially if it is double the price of an old one. Don't be crazy. Give me the old beaten up text book any day. At least when there's a sweat mark or a coffee stain on the pages you know someone managed to get through that subject. Gives you a bit of hope?
If you want to get rid of your old text books, click on the 'Offer a Book' icon and fill out a list with your book details: Author, title,ISBN number,minimum price and some contact details.Make sure you actually 'Save' your list if you don't fill it in all at once AND remember to 'Post' it otherwise it will not be available for searching.
If someone is interested you will be contacted via email/mobile.
If you are looking for a secondhand book, click on the 'Find A Book' icon and
do an online search to see fellow comrad is selling it. Once you have chosen the best matches
the contact details will be emailed to you.
If you can't find the book/s you're after, record your preferences under 'Book Alerts' and matches will be emailed to you when some one registers it.
Note: Nothing is stopping you from selling your secondhand books and looking for secondhand books at the same time.
If you have found your book/s and want us to stop emailing you, click on 'Update My Posts' and remove your post.
Likewise, if people keep phoning you for a book and you want to stop advertising your book/s, click on 'Update My Posts' and
remove your post.
Remember ....there is always someone doing your course who wants to get rid of their text books or wants your old text books!
